Well David Crisafulli states that crime in Queensland is at crisis levels but what are we to do between now and the next election when we can vote you in David? Can you introduce a motion for pepper spray to be made available to people who are seen as being vulnerable or in high risk situations? Would that not be a practical measure you could get behind Mr. Crisafulli? Unfortunately and as we saw with the rape and murder of Eurydice Dixon in Melbourne in 20018 when a motion to provide access to pepper spray was defeated in parliament; there will be no meaningful or material steps to address the 'crime crisis' except to bludgeon the sitting government with the crime stats and wait till re-election in the hope of getting into power on a 'tough on crime' ticket. In the meantime any other victims of crime will just be sacrificed on the altar of your political ambition and rampant hubris. Shame on you!
