9 years ago The West Australian spoke about how WA gun owners were being 'targeted by crime' and how WA had one third of all gun thefts nationally. Move forward to 2022 and in addressing this issue the good people in the WA Government, Police, and the newspaper itself have gone above and beyond and provided a map of all legally registered firearms printed on their front page no less. We all applaud civil-minded altruism but this level of incompetent buffoonery is not only criminal it's also outright dangerous. This is not how you promote trust and certainly not how you advocate for gun registration.
